The Iwai Tradition is a blend of 75% corn whisky and 25% malt, and has surprising substance and flavor at 40% ABV. Incredibly balanced, soft and layered. A blending of sherry, bourbon and wine casks with hints of peat makes for a harmonious whisky.
The 'Tradition' blend has a lively mouth feel and finishes with some red cherry, ginger biscuit and creamy vanilla.
