The Turin MC3 Espresso Machine gives you precise control over pre-infusion, flow and temperature, making it easier to dial in consistent, repeatable espresso at home. With real-time pressure feedback and adjustable shot parameters, you can see how changes affect extraction and refine your results with more confidence.

It’s built around a hybrid heating system, combining a PID-controlled thermoblock with a PTC-heated brew group and a dedicated 2.5L steam boiler. This setup supports fast heat-up, stable brewing conditions and the ability to brew and steam at the same time, while keeping the workflow responsive.

Adjustable pre-infusion time and flow let you control how the puck is saturated before full pressure is applied, helping reduce channelling and create a more even extraction. The machine offers flexible setup options, running from its 1.5L water tank, being directly plumbed in, or drawing from an external container using the included pump system.
