SSP 83mm High Uniformity HU Red Speed Burrs to fit Mazzer Major, ZM, Turin DF83

High Uniformity is the espresso cut of SSP’s 83mm range. It holds a tight particle spread with enough fines for real body, so shots pull thick and punchy at normal ratios, and it takes light roasts without turning harsh. Red Speed is SSP’s hard TiAlCN coating, rated for around five tonnes of coffee.

Cut for the Mazzer Major and the 83mm Mazzer bolt pattern. Fitment is the same across every SSP 83mm geometry.
