SSP 83mm Cast Lab Sweet Silver Knight Burrs to fit Mazzer Major, ZM, Turin DF83

Lab Sweet is SSP’s cast geometry, re-cut from the old Ditting 804 cast design. It gives sweeter, juicier cups with decent body and a wide sweet spot, so it is the forgiving one to dial in. Silver Knight is the darker coating and it makes slightly fewer fines than Red Speed, which reads as a cleaner cup.

Compatibility

Cut for the Mazzer Major and the 83mm Mazzer bolt pattern. Fitment is the same across every SSP 83mm geometry.
