SSP 80mm Cast Lab Sweet Red Speed Burrs to fit Ditting 804/807, Mahlkoenig E80

Lab Sweet is SSP’s re-cut of the old Ditting 804 cast burr. Owners who have run both side by side report an easier dial-in and a wider sweet spot than the genuine Ditting Lab Sweets, with a different but not lesser cup. Red Speed keeps a controlled amount of fines, so shots carry a bit more body.

Compatibility

This is the screw-hole mount version, which is the Ditting 804 and 807 platform that Mahlkoenig also uses on the Peak and E80. Straight swap for the factory burrs, no shims.

Read this before you order for anything else. SSP cuts 80mm burrs in several mounting formats and they do not interchange. The Mahlkoenig Tanzania and Ditting 805 take a blind 2-pin burr. The Weber EG-1 and EG-1 Core take a blind 3-post burr. The Option-O Lagom P80 and Zerno Z2 are also blind mounts. Bunn G-series grinders need the Bunn version with its adapters.
