SSP’s 65mm flat set drops into the Mahlkoenig 65mm platform on the factory screw holes. Retailers mostly stock the High Uniformity cut in this size: fewer fines than the stock burr, so shots read brighter and clearer with less bitterness. Red Speed is the standard espresso choice, a hard low-friction coating that keeps heat out of the grinds.

Mahlkoenig uses one 65mm burr across these grinders, and this set drops in on the factory screw holes.

Not for the Ditting 807, which takes an 80mm burr. SSP cuts the 65mm in more than one geometry and retailers mostly stock the High Uniformity. Ask us and we will confirm the cut with the supplier before your order goes in.
