SSP 64mm High Uniformity HU Silver Knight Burrs to fit Fellow ODE, Mazzer Mini, Super Jolly, Lagom 64

High Uniformity is the espresso burr of SSP’s 64mm range. Uniform grind, full body, syrupy texture, and the most forgiving SSP set to dial in. This one carries the Silver Knight coating instead of the usual Red Speed, which shaves a few fines off, so the cup runs a touch cleaner and lighter.

Compatibility

Fits grinders built around the standard 64mm Mazzer burr pattern.

• Fellow Ode Gen 1 and Gen 2. Gen 1 units need to be late 2021 or newer: check that digits 12 to 14 of the serial number under the grinder read 210 or higher

Mazzer owners: the screw holes carry up to 1mm of play, so centre the burrs before you tighten and check they seat flat. Fellow does not cover espresso grinding on the Ode under warranty. Not for the older 58mm doser Mazzer Mini, the plain Timemore Sculptor 064, or any Eureka grinder, which takes a different 64mm burr with its own mounting.
