A beautifully mature cheese which will transport you to the green meadows of the South of England with just one bite. Hand-made in Devon, UK, using pasteurised milk from Quicke's own grass-fed cows and naturally aged for typically 18 months, this is a rich, crumbly cheddar. It is sharp and sweet, with hints of onion/chive and a pleasant earthy umami flavour from the initial touch of the tongue through to the aftertaste.
Perfect for those looking for a taste of home until we can travel again
