A 66% dark chocolate bar with a distinctive addition of crunchy sourdough bread and sea salt.

Originally an artisan bakery, Pump Street brought together its two signature crafts: fine chocolate and artisan bread. This approach set the benchmark for bread inclusions in chocolate.

The addition of toasted sourdough crumbs and a light touch of sea salt creates contrast and texture, highlighting the chocolate without overpowering it.

This bar is widely recognised as the first chocolate bar to incorporate sourdough bread, now considered an iconic innovation.
