Think juicy pineapple, zesty lime, ginger, coriander, and just a cheeky lick of red habanero. Finished with pink lake salt and sweet osmanthus mushroom (yeah, fancy), it’s a weirdly wonderful balance of fruity, spicy, and fresh.
It’s inspired by Mat’s cult-fave Piña Picante hot sauce — so naturally, it pairs like a dream with tequila, rum, tacos, or a splash of heat straight from the bottle.
