Product Details
Miris Blend Rosé Aromatic is a vibrant, lightly sparkling alcohol-free rosé made from Pinot Noir, Merlot and Cabernet Cubin grapes grown across different sub-regions of Germany’s Palatinate. Deep pink in the glass, it opens with aromas of peach, red apple, rhubarb, citrus and wild strawberries, followed by an intensely fruit-driven palate with long, persistent flavours.
The grapes are sourced from vineyards across the Palatinate, where variations in soil, microclimate and exposure contribute to the wine’s complexity. Northern vineyards feature dry, nutrient-poor soils that retain heat, while southern sites have looser calcareous soils with greater water retention. The region’s sunny, Mediterranean-influenced climate and daily temperature variations help encourage aromatic development and concentration. Gentle pruning and limited yields are used to further concentrate the fruit, with grapes harvested in September following careful manual selection.
During winemaking, the whole bunches are gently pressed before fermentation at low temperatures in stainless steel tanks. This approach is designed to preserve the floral and fruity characteristics of the grapes.
The wine is then de-alcoholised using vacuum distillation under gentle conditions of 60 mbar and 35°C. Miris Blend uses patented aroma recovery technology to capture delicate volatile aromas during distillation before adding them back into the wine, helping retain a fuller aroma profile.
With 0.3% ABV, medium sweetness and high acidity, Rosé Aromatic balances ripe fruit character with freshness and structure. Its lively fruit profile and acidity make it well suited to drinking on its own or alongside lighter dishes.
Why customers love it:
• Peach, red apple, rhubarb, citrus and wild strawberry feature across the aroma and palate
• Subtle bubbles add freshness without making it a fully sparkling rosé
• Medium sweetness is offset by high acidity for a lively, structured profile
