Product Details

Miris Blend Édition Premier Rosé is an expressive alcohol-free sparkling rosé made from Pinot Noir, Merlot and Cabernet Cubin grapes grown across different sub-regions of Germany’s Palatinate (Pfalz). It pours a deep pink with lively, persistent bubbles, opening with aromas of green pear, citrus and wild strawberries before revealing an abundance of fresh berry flavour on the palate.

What sets this rosé apart is the extended six to eight hours of skin contact the grapes receive after harvest and before pressing. This longer maceration helps build the wine’s intense colour and fruit character, while fermentation at low temperatures in stainless steel tanks preserves its fresh, aromatic profile. Gentle pruning and limited yields in the vineyard further encourage concentration in the grapes.

After fermentation, the wine is de-alcoholised using vacuum distillation at just 35°C and 60 mbar, followed by patented aroma recovery technology. The delicate aromas separated during distillation are captured and added back into the wine, helping retain a fuller spectrum of flavour and aroma.

At 0.4% ABV, Édition Premier Rosé has medium acidity and medium-plus sweetness, creating a balanced, medium-bodied style with intense berry flavours that linger on the palate. Its combination of vibrant fruit, gentle sweetness and persistent bubbles makes it equally suited to aperitif drinking and pairing with flavourful dishes.

Why customers love it:
• A rich pink colour with lively, persistent bubbles
• Fresh berry flavours are complemented by green pear, citrus and wild strawberry aromas
• Pinot Noir, Merlot and Cabernet Cubin bring fruit, structure and depth
