Electric Watermelon glows in the dark under black light, so we recommend lightening hair to the lightest level 10 blonde before use.

How to use: Wash using a clarifying shampoo. Avoid conditioner. Dry fully. Apply Electric Watermelon evenly. Comb through to saturate. Cover with cap. Apply gentle heat. Process for 30–45 minutes. Rinse and style.
