Story
There’s something undeniably joyful about chocolate and coffee — and Koko Moka captures it beautifully. Living Koko works directly with smallholder cacao farmers across Sāmoa, crafting chocolate that celebrates community and connection.
For this bar, they’ve paired their 70% dark chocolate with coffee from Tupu’anga, an ethically traded Tongan enterprise whose name means “to grow from your roots.” The coffee is handpicked, roasted, and packaged in the Kingdom of Tonga, ensuring that every step — from farm to roast — stays within the islands. It’s more than flavour; it’s a story of Pacific collaboration, sustainability, and pride.
Fiamma Tip:
Best enjoyed mid-afternoon with a long black or after dinner alongside a dark roast espresso martini — for those who truly believe there’s no such thing as too much coffee.
