Lasagne - Meat or Vegetarian

With more meat and less pasta, this rich and herby lasagne offers a twist on the original – a pesto and ricotta layer – and topped with lots of cheese.

The vegetarian version replaces the meat with diced red onion, capsicum, mushrooms and zucchini .
