Regarded as one of Australia’s best cheeses, La Luna is a farmhouse dairy using Organic certified milk. A nod of inspiration to French-style soft goat’s cheeses, Carla Meurs and Ann-Marie Monda hand make this smooth and silky cheese using non-animal rennet. Flavours are fresh and citric. The enticing wrinkly rind appearance is gentle.
Note that sometimes to times, we need to substitute the La Luna (pictured) by the smaller ashed version, Brigid's well.
