Recharge vouchers are only valid for SIM cards supplied through Sat Phone Sales, or our upstream wholesale provider. If you are unsure as to the source / provider of your present SIM card simply send us an email with your present Inmarsat SIM number (preferred) or telephone number number.

Free SIM cards are only available to purchasers of our airtime vouchers and will be posted by regular mail, or Express Post. Delivery tracking is available only on Express Post items. Regular mail is not traceable.

Please note, when purchasing an Inmarsat handset on a pre-paid plan a SIM card is automatically supplied free of charge!
