The DiFluid AirWave Roast Smoke Eliminator is a smart air purification system designed specifically for coffee roasting environments. Engineered to address the health and operational challenges caused by particulate matter (PM) and volatile organic compounds (VOCs), AirWave delivers high-efficiency smoke elimination in a compact, energy-conscious manner. 

AirWave uses NovaCat catalytic technology combined with intelligent airflow control and high-temperature heating elements to ensure efficient and consistent smoke elimination. The system supports multiple operating modes, including standard and extreme filtration settings, fan only airflow, and automatic adjustments when paired with OmniFlux systems. This smart integration optimises energy use throughout the roasting process, improving both sustainability and roast consistency while reducing maintenance demands.
