Cafetto MFC® Ultra is a concentrated milk line cleaner designed for fully automatic coffee machines processing high volumes of milk every day. Ideal for machines pushing 50L+ of milk per day, MFC® Ultra breaks down and removes heavy milk fats and proteins that can build up inside milk lines, frothers and steam systems.

When milk residue is left behind, machine performance can quickly drop. Lines block, texture quality suffers, flow becomes inconsistent and service downtime becomes more likely. MFC® Ultra helps prevent blockages before they interrupt service, keeping high-volume machines running cleaner for longer.

Directions for Use

Prepare a 1:20 dilution of MFC® Ultra in water, using 50mL of cleaner per 1L of water. Place the machine’s inlet lines into the cleaning solution and activate the machine’s cleaning routine. Run the cleaning cycle for 10 minutes, then rinse thoroughly by flushing the milk system with fresh water.

For Heavy Blockages or Scale Build-Up

For machines with stubborn milk build-up, persistent blockages or scaling issues, use MFC® Ultra with Cafetto LOD® Black Heavy Duty Descaler as part of a combined cleaning protocol.

Run MFC® Ultra at 1:20 through the machine for 10 minutes, then rinse with fresh water. Follow with LOD® Black at 1:20 according to the machine manufacturer’s descaling instructions, then rinse thoroughly with fresh water.
