Jean-Claude Lapalu is one of France's most renowned vignerons and a darling of the Paris natural wine scene. He farms old vines (50-100-years-old) meticulously and organically, the resulting wines are unadulterated, energetic and idiosyncratic. 

Eau de Rose. Pale perfumed cuvée glides with aromas of crushed strawberry, rosewater, white cherry and a touch of soft spice. The palate is feather-light yet expressive, carried by bright acidity and a gentle, almost weightless texture. Silky, floral and quietly seductive, it’s Lapalu’s most graceful and aromatic expression—refreshing, radiant and beautifully effortless to drink.
