100% nebbiolo, 100% whole bunch pressed. Charming perfume of licorice, clove and violets entices. In the mouth it's fine-boned and filigreed, but not without hallmark nebbiolo tannin, albeit approachable in its youth. Best enjoyed alongside something grilled, be it vegetable or animal, to be fully enjoyed.
